BoxPT is a leading Portuguese brand in the fitness sector, with a strong focus on online sales as its main growth channel. In a competitive market, with a technical and diverse product catalogue, the challenge was to increase ROAS by turning traffic into effective sales.

The intervention focused on performance, with the goal of strengthening the digital channel as a key growth driver. We developed a strategy aimed at capturing qualified demand, with a strong focus on Google Ads campaigns, ensuring visibility in high-intent search queries.

The approach involved structuring Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns aligned with product categories and relevant industry keywords, allowing us to reach users already in an advanced stage of the decision-making process.

Beyond traffic acquisition, there was also continuous optimisation work, including performance analysis, keyword adjustments, ad improvements, and refined targeting. The objective was to maximise return on investment and consistently increase conversion rates.

The result was a stronger online sales channel, with improved traffic quality, greater campaign efficiency, and a more solid and competitive digital presence.
