NOS is one of the leading telecommunications and entertainment groups in Portugal. Through its official network of Agents, the brand takes on a prominent role in the SME market, with a modern, digital, and customer-centric approach. Recognizing the strong growth potential of this channel, NOS entrusted Webcomum with the development of a digital solution to strengthen talent recruitment across the country.
Webcomum developed a dedicated landing page, fully integrated with CVWarehouse, which allows for the acquisition, analysis, and tracking of applications from professionals interested in joining the NOS partner network. This integration made the recruitment process more efficient, centralized, and agile in managing CVs and candidate data.
In terms of digital marketing, we implemented a performance strategy based on three main acquisition channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Each campaign was adapted to the vacancies available at any given time, ensuring that the right candidates were reached according to the actual recruitment needs.
The results speak for themselves. In 2023, we generated more than 👉 3,000 applications.
Furthermore, we reduced the cost per application to less than €2, which represented a 230% decrease in the average cost per application, and increased visits to the recruitment page by 175% compared to the previous year.
