NOS SGPS – Recruitment for the Official Agents Network
NOS is one of the leading telecommunications and entertainment groups in Portugal. Through its official network of Agents, the brand plays a key role in the SME market, with a modern, digital, and customer-centric approach. With strong growth potential in this channel, NOS turned to Webcomum to develop a digital solution aimed at strengthening its recruitment efforts nationwide.
Webcomum developed a dedicated landing page fully integrated with CVWarehouse, allowing for the collection, analysis, and tracking of applications from candidates interested in joining NOS’s partner network. This integration streamlined the entire recruitment process, offering greater efficiency and centralisation in managing CVs and candidate data.
In terms of digital marketing, we implemented a performance-driven strategy using three key acquisition channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Each campaign was tailored to the specific vacancies available at any given time, ensuring that the right candidates were reached according to the actual recruitment needs.

Moreover reduced the cost per lead (CPL) to under €2, representing a 230% decrease in the average cost per application, and increased visits to the recruitment page by 175% compared to the previous year.
